Delivery and Return Policy

Return Timeline: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this window, returns will no longer be accepted—no exceptions. To begin:
  • Email us at support@unblockcollection.com
  • Include your Order ID, reason for return, and a 360° unboxing video showing the product, packaging, and tags clearly
  • A clear, uninterrupted 360° video is mandatory
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
Refunds via Store Credit We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit  with no expiry.
  • A reverse pickup fee of ₹55 will be deducted from your store credit
  • Store Credit is issued within 7 business days after inspection
Damaged or Incomplete Orders If your item arrives damaged or missing:
  • Notify us within 3 days
  • Submit a 360° video clearly showing the issue
  • Only the affected item will be eligible for return
Tampered packaging or unclear footage may result in rejection. Final decisions rest with our quality team. Changed Your Mind? If the product isn’t quite what you expected:
  • Email us within 3 days
  • We’ll arrange reverse pickup (₹55 fee applies)
  • Store credit will be issued after inspection, provided the item is in perfect condition
What Can’t Be Returned
  • Individual items from combo or gift sets
  • Products bought during sales, contests, or clearance events
  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Orders from non-serviceable pin codes (we may request self-shipping via courier)
Order-Level Returns Only Returns and exchanges are processed per order, not per item. Partial returns from multi-item orders are not accepted. Cancellation Policy Due to operational constraints, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. We encourage mindful purchases to ensure satisfaction.
