Delivery and Return Policy
Return Timeline: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this window, returns will no longer be accepted—no exceptions.
To begin:
- Email us at support@unblockcollection.com
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and a 360° unboxing video showing the product, packaging, and tags clearly
- A clear, uninterrupted 360° video is mandatory
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags and labels must be intact.
Refunds via Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit with no expiry.
- A reverse pickup fee of ₹55 will be deducted from your store credit
- Store Credit is issued within 7 business days after inspection
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your item arrives damaged or missing:
- Notify us within 3 days
- Submit a 360° video clearly showing the issue
- Only the affected item will be eligible for return
- Email us within 3 days
- We’ll arrange reverse pickup (₹55 fee applies)
- Store credit will be issued after inspection, provided the item is in perfect condition
- Individual items from combo or gift sets
- Products bought during sales, contests, or clearance events
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Orders from non-serviceable pin codes (we may request self-shipping via courier)
