Return Policy
Overview: We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. After this period, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Reverse pickup is available for a ₹55 service fee, deducted from your refund
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and personalization, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use not caused by us
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for:
- Sizing adjustments
- Defective or damaged items
To request an exchange, please email us at support@unblockcollection.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- The ₹45 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund
