Overview
We offer a 5 -day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note: reverse pickup incurs an additional ₹55 charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Any product showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us
- Individual items from combo or gift sets
- Products bought during sales, contests, or clearance events
- Orders from non-serviceable pin codes (we may request self-shipping via courier)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective or damaged during transit
- Incorrect in size (based on your order)
To request an exchange, email us at support@unblockcollection.com within 5 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days
- Amount is credited to your original payment method
- ₹55 reverse pickup fee is deducted from the refund
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Reach out to your bank—processing times may vary

Cancellation Policy:
Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
