We work with some of the leading logistics companies for our jewelry deliveries. If you wish to receive your order on a specific day/time, we can send a request to our delivery partners, however, please note that this is not an assured service.

We only accept Refund/Return/Replacement claims made within the first 36 hours after delivery. The Refund is applicable for Transit Damage or Defective or Wrong or Missing Product only.
For Proof of Transit Damage, Wrong Product or Missing Product; Customer is advised to take a Video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof, we do not consider the Return / Refund.
This is required to prove authenticity of buyer’s claim and will be helpful to us to verify the claim details. No request for Replacement, Refund or Return will be entertained if buyer cannot produce unboxing video to support his/her claim.
For the size of product, product page contains the necessary photos of models to depict the exact size of the earring. Please go through the details carefully before buying products.

We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you’re not satisfied with the jewellery, received a faulty product, or received an incorrect item within 36 hours of delivery along with 360-degree unpacking video. Your satisfaction is our priority!

It takes up to 3 working days to get the return pick-up done from your location, once the return request has been placed. In case your return pick-up is not done within 3 working days, please reach out to us on support@unblockcollection.com
In case you have placed a return request for two of your orders, there’s a possibility that the return might be picked by the same Executive. However, we would request you to verify the same with the executive and handover only the required product to him. Please note that each order needs to be returned with its original packaging.

After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

– Hard bracelets are either adjustable or come in a standard size
– All our pendants, chains, and necklaces have the size information mentioned on the product page as well as product images
We also add model images for every design, which should help you understand sizing better.

No, we use lab-grown diamonds which are IGI/SGL certified. Please note that lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds and are identical to natural diamonds and have the same chemical, optical, and physical properties as well as crystal structure, however, lab-grown diamonds are produced through cruelty-free and sustainable methods of production.
